"I moved to another state, so on Dec 13 2023 I called to cancel my auto policy. The lady I spoke to said she would text me to confirm when it had been done. I didn't hear from her so I called back on the 15th and was told it had been canceled and updated my address where they would send the refund check. On Jan 9 2024 I called again to ask why I hadn't received my check. I was told that it got sent to my old addesss, so the person I spoke to confirmed my new address and told me they'd send another. On the 26th of Jan I called back since I still hadn't received anything and was told by the lady who picked up my call that she would look into it and call me back. She never called. I called again on the 29th and was told (again) by the lady who answered that she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I would have expected better customer service than this. So disappointing."
